01. Full fees have to be paid at the time of admission. |
|
02. Fees once paid will not be refunded. |
|
03. Admission can be taken from June 25, 2012. |
|
04. Request for admission after last date will not be entertained. |
|
05. After verification of Acknowledgement Card,
original certificates and Cash voucher fees to be deposited in the College Bank. |
|
06. Any request for admission outside this list is in no case entertained. |
|
07. At the time of admission original certificates have to be shown and original School Leaving/Transfer Certificate have to be deposited. |
|
08. The Principal has the right to withdraw the admission of any of the following candidates who are found canvassing for admission. No admission without Migration Certificate. |
|
09. Right of admission is reserved with the Principal. In case of clerical mistake, fake mark-sheet etc. Principal’s decision will be final.

10. Biographical data and four stamp-size colour photo (2cm
x 2.50 cm) should be submitted.

c. Two xerox copies of the admit card of the previous examination, along with
the original admit card. |

d. Two xerox copies of the mark sheet, along with the original mark sheet. |

e. Original Matric Certificate showing date of birth. |
|
f. Two passport size and two stamp size photos without any attestation. |
|
g. Original Transfer Certificate (TC)/School or College Leaving Certificate. |
|
i. Attested Medical Certificate for the Physically Challenged (If applicable). |
|
j. Attested latest Caste and Income Certificate (Not earlier than six months),
If Applicable. |
